The SOS 30-Day Reset
Starts the 1st of every month!
Are you looking for a free sobriety course for women to help you start your sober journey, or some encouragement to keep you going?
The 30 Day Reset is a free online sobriety course created for women. You can follow it at your own pace, with guidance, reflection, and the support you need. Alongside the course you will also be part of a dedicated women’s community where you can share your thoughts, talk about your progress, and connect with others who are also working on their sobriety.
Registration is open now, and the course begins on the first day of every month. If you are planning to take part in Sober October, this women’s online sobriety course is the perfect companion.
Register through the link below and take your first step towards lasting change.

Reset and Beyond
(Following the 30-Day Reset)
Reset and Beyond 30 is the follow up course once the 30-Day Reset is completed.
This is a chance to take a deeper look, not just at sobriety, but at yourself. These next weeks will explore identity, feelings, boundaries, and the habits that help you grow stronger. It is about moving beyond simply getting through the days and starting to understand more about who you are without alcohol.
*The link to the Reset and Beyond course will be made available to you after the completion of the initial 30-Day Reset course.

Loss and Grief Workshop
Loss and its attendant grief are a given in life, yet rarely as a society do we actually talk about them. There is no right or wrong way to grieve a loss. Loss is not always about death. You can grieve a divorce, loss of a job, realizing things will never be the same again, a lost childhood, etc.
There is no specific timeframe one should grieve. The time frame is different for everyone. Grief can involve anger and guilt and numerous other emotions we're not proud of. Grief is complex and often misunderstood. Learn more about it, and perhaps share some personal reflections and experiences.
